Unlocking my Wii fast was the question which forced its way into my brain dead noggine. I had been hammering the Wii for a few days staright, and much to the dismay of my wife I decided that I wanted more!. I kept telling her though, that it was her fault as she purchased it for me, I wasnt very popular.
The question on everyone's lips is why the hell would one want to unlock a Wii anyway? Well the majority 'Wii gamers' when they start up tend to just muddle around with the bog standard games such as Guitar Hero and Mario Kart. We all know how fun the Wii can be when during the festive season, but what about afterwards? Grandad was singing his 1960's beatles tunes whilst playing the Beatles Rock band game, it was hilarious.WIt was hilarious! And even the small kids were singing along to songs that were written in the 60's. I cant believe how pupluar the beatles are even today.
But can you imagine what it would be like to be playing the drums and trying to sing along by yourself a few weeks later when one and all has gone back to work? I dont think i would want to be playing by myself!. But I am sure that most of us agree that the console is so powerful and there is no reason to just leave it dorment. The serious gamers out there realise that there are so many advantages that come with unlocking the Wii, most of which are explained below. In my honest opinion it just makes sense to pay a few bucks for some serious software, unlock your Wii and tap into the many benefits that most people wouldnt even dream of obtaining.
Anyway, back to the serious stuff. I had to discover a way to unlock my Wii, which would therefore allow me to watch DVDs and DivX movies, perform Wii Games, backup existing games, download many homebrew applications, and to top it off play homebrew games. Through my experiences over the preceding few days I wanted to share with you a number of questions and answers which were on my mind before I set out on my little Wii journey:
How do I unlock in minutes?
There are a lot of people selling chip modification programs where you have to take the Wii machine apart, and actually install new hardware. Sorry folks, thats not the way to do it. As detailed later on you need to find a first-rate software installation program which is above-board and safe.
Can I cause any destruction unlocking my Wii?
You can if you take the Wii apart and install a new chip! So please dont go down that route. Find a software program which will be compliant with the latest version of the Wii (at time of publishing this was v4.2) and follow their step-by-step advice to the letter. Make sure the program is offering high quality video step by step instructions too. Again, be sure the program is legal and safe.
What are the benefits of unlocking my Wii?
* I am scarcely going to name a few here.... But imagine being able to:
* Play heaps of DivX Movies and DVDs on your Wii
* Download and Play games instantly through your HomeBrew Channel
* Download and use loads and loads of applications on your Wii
* Save and then play Backup Wii Games
* Play the Sega Genisis, N64, SNES plus many more old skool games!
Is the software tough to use?
Definitely not. It took me 15-20 minutes to unlock my Wii. To be honest with you, even my Grandma could do it! Well maybe a small white lie!Ess

How to Train to Jump Higher
Alot of people out there dont really know much about how to train to jump higher. The traditional methods which most people think about when discussing jumping exercises are as follows:
1. Squats
2. Dead lifts
3. Plyometrics
4. Sprint Training
But did you know there are 9 different aspects to correct jump training? I will touch on a few of these below for your information:
1. Stretching - ever heard of the old rubber band theory? If you dont keep your muscles in tip top shape they will snap - and a hammy injury will put you in a worst place than where you started!
2. Nutrition - Did you know that a correct nutritional plan will help muscle recovery by up to 150%? Thats worth throwing away the KFC for a few months right?
3. Proper Jumping Technique - Sounds silly right - but did you know you can add 2-4 inches just from learning the correct way to jump. Wow!

Jumping Exercises - where can I find them?
You love basketball. You are a determined, stubborn and proud person. You have been cut by your high school coach. Does this story sound familiar? Well, this happened to the great Michael Jordan as you probably all know. And look at him today.
Let's face it, you probably got cut for a reason. Politics is fairly common in basketball, but the reality is you were probably not good enough.
What did Michael Jordan do? He took it to heart, and worked harder than anyone else until next years try outs. Look what he went on to accomplish - that lesson and hardship he experienced in hid high school days taught him valuable lessons throughout his career.
So why did you get cut? There were probably a number of reasons. Let me take a stab here though and say that it probably had some thing to do with your athleticism. Athletic people NEVER get cut from basketball teams.
So what can you do about it? Find a way to increase your athleticism. Do some research online. Find a program which will help you within a set time period. You need some jumping exercises and you need them fast
So where can I find these jumping exercises? Luckily I have done a bit of research for all you budding ballers out there. The best I have ever seen, and the best availabkle right now is the Jump Manual. See below:

I recently retired from a 11 year professional basketball career. Granted, I wasnt the greatest player in the world. But basketball took me all over the world. I played in Australia, Bosnia, Lithuania, Germany, Turkey, Spain, France, Ireland, Scotland and England and loved every second.

One off season I spent 10 weeks working hard and when I came back to the first training session I couldnt believe how much better I felt. How much stronger my legs were, and how much less my knees hurt. I was dunking with ease- lets just say it wasnt my best asset in the past.
